Romney’s Treacle Toffee originated from an old family recipe, created over 60 years ago by my grandfather, Sydney Barron.
It is still made today, as it was then, in open copper pans and broken by hand using traditional toffee hammers.
It is to his memory that this Treacle Toffee will still be made and enjoyed by generations to come. – John Barron
TREACLE TOFFEE – Treacle Flavoured Hard Toffee
Ingredients:Â
Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Treacle Syrup (2%), Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm, Palm Kernel Oil), Salted Butter (Milk), Treacle Flavouring, Salt.
